What age range are Mini Motos suitable for?
Certain Mini Motos are suitable for children (under the supervision of an adult), ofcourse children/adults must have knowledge of riding a push bike before attempting to ride a Mini Moto.
Certain mini motos (i.e watercooled) can be extremley fast and would definetly be better suited to adults.

How much assembly is required?
Minor assembly is required, such as adjusting the handle bars, and on some models fitting the front wheel and rear shock, this should take no more than half an hour. No specialist tools are required, and a basic tool kit is supplied with the bikes. Machines will need a thorough checking over to ensure that all nuts and bolts are tight and that the machine is ready for use. Due to the requirement for ongoing maintenance, we suggest that machines should only be purchased by mechanically minded adults.

Will it fit in my car?
Yes, mini motos are small enough to fit in any car, even in the boot.

What fuel do these mini motorbikes use?
The fuel must be unleaded fuel which has been pre-mixed with 2- stroke oil at the ratio of 50:1 (25:1 during the initial running in period). For simplicity you could get a 5 litre petrol can, put 5L in it, add 165ml of oil, then finally shake it and your'e done. Simple.

How fast can they go?
The speed varies on each model, generally aircooled mini motos tend to be a tad slower at around 30-40kmh. Tuned watercooled mini motos can reach speeds of upto 120kmh!! Not for the faint hearted...Remember these speeds feel alot faster since you are only inches from the floor...!

Are they automatic gears or manual?
All minimotos are are automatic (techincally - they are twist and go with a centrifugal clutch).

What is the maximum weight they will carry?
The maximum safe load is approx 243lbs/110kg.

Do these pocket bikes come with a paddock stand?
All bikes are supplied complete with a paddock stand.

Can it take passengers?
No more than one person should ride a mini moto at any one time. Passengers affect the machine's ability to handle correctly and may cause loss of control. The extra weight may also cause damage to the machine.

Is any protective clothing required?
Riders should always wear a helmet and protective clothing/pads to prevent injury.

Can I use it on the road?
Mini motos cannot be used on public roads.
